Printing Machine

Make: Sigma Roto A new high-speed machine was installed at our plant. Fully automated machine with auto register control & web video. Speciality: Auto change over the roll, in both unwind & rewind. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic ink Pump to maintain proper colour shades. Each unit will get registered to the required accuracy with ARC. All print units shuttle with a pneumatic checking system. To have uniform ink transfer to the web, in each station doctor blade system provided. In this machine, we have a high-end turn bar for reverse printing. Since this is a high-speed machine, we can deliver quality jobs.

Manual Line Shaft (MLS)

Rotogravure Printing Machines are manufactured using high quality raw inputs and modern technologies, in strict adherence to meet global quality principles and guidelines.
This machine is available in MLS modules. It facilitates printing job on various substrates of different thickness such as PET, BOPP, PP, PE, NYLON, PVC, CPP, PAPER and FOIL etc. Machine is equipped with imported gearbox, pneumatic systems and operator friendly automation unit which provides a better production experience.

Solvent Less Lamination

Make: Sigma Roto Solvent-free high-speed lamination machine with auto mixer suitable for paper/film aluminium foil etc.

Model: Kody Nuzen C-917 High speed with ball type quick locks machine with shaftless unwind mechanical core check.
